Are the Matrix rainforest screen panels suitable to install behind a bbq?

If you could provide a little more detail on the proximity of the panels to the BBQ, then our members would be better informed when answering your question.
There are no special heat resistant properties to the Matrix panels. I would advise you to place them well away from any radiating heat that raises their temperature above ambient. I'd recommend you position the screens no closer than 1000mm away from the heat source.
