Have you checked to see whether the globe has blown? That would be the first step in troubleshooting the issue. If it's just a globe that needs replacing you can do that yourself. If you have the manual for the rangehood it should give you the steps for replacement. If you can show us the globe then we should be able to point you towards the correct replacement in-store.
Alternatively, if you are not confident in changing the globe yourself you can look towards services like Hi-Pages to track down a qualified tradesperson in your area.
