Did I kill the Monstera by breaking its base?

I was repotting the monstera and I think I accidentally broke the base of one of them...

If that portion of the plant has some roots attached to it, @crimsonqueen, I don't believe you would have killed it. Montera are very hardy when it comes to taking cuttings and if there is a portion of roots on the section, it will transplant easily.

I wouldn't be too worried.
