How to remove white haze on bathroom tiles?

We have just moved into a new apartment which was apparently cleaned before we moved in. I immediately noticed this white haze on our tiles in the shower (and a little just outside). I live in an area with pretty soft water so I didn't think it would be hard water staining. I immediately went in with my usual BAM soap scum cleaner but now reading up that you can damage some types of tiles with it I'm worried the original haze may have been from when the professional cleaner first went in and maybe we've damaged the tile.

I'm not sure what the tiles are.

So far I've tried
-dishwashing liquid
-vinegar
-floor cleaner/hard surface cleaner
-BAM soap scum cleaner (as above)

No success so far. Is there any way I can figure out what this haze is?

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's wonderful to have you join us and thanks for sharing your question about the haze on your bathroom tiles.

It might be calcium surface deposit on the tile. I propose using CLR 750ml Bathroom And Kitchen Cleaner. It effectively removes calcium, lime deposits and soap scum, discolouration and dirt on tile surfaces.
