how to get rid of the discolouration from the frame?

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's wonderful to have you join us and thanks for sharing your question about your shower frame.
It's possible that it is soap scum or lime scale deposit that has settled on the frame of the shower. I suggest using CLR 750ml Bathroom And Kitchen Cleaner in combination with Scotch-Brite 155 x 100mm Heavy Duty Scourer Pad.
Please remember to wear personal protection such as gloves and goggles when using the spray.
