I would like to try and get the washer out as not much water comes out I have a mondella shower head how do I do it thanks

Thanks for sharing your question about your shower head. If your shower head has a water saving disc and is not providing enough water for your shower head, I propose changing it to a Flexispray Flow Restricting Disc WELS 3 Star 9L/min. The general method is to turn the shower head connection anti clockwise where the shower arm meets the neck of the shower head.
I propose putting a soft rag around the neck if you are going to use a shifter. This will prevent the fitting from getting damaged or scratched. Using a 9L water saving disc will prevent you from using too much water while you shower. Once you've replaced the water saver, simply screw the head back in a clockwise direction.

just take the restricter out completely … they probably don’t have good pressure , just get rid of it

Thanks for sharing your suggestion. While removing the flow restrictor can increase the amount of water coming from a shower head, it's not something we can recommend.
Flow restrictors are fitted to help the shower head achieve its WELS water efficiency rating and removing or modifying them means the product no longer performs as it was designed or tested. It can also increase water consumption and may not be permitted under local water efficiency requirements.
If you're finding the shower pressure isn't adequate, a better option is to replace the restrictor with a manufacturer-approved alternative where available, or investigate whether there are other causes of low pressure, such as a partially blocked shower head or a plumbing issue.
