How to fix Flexi Storage Home Solutions drawers not working properly?

hello everyone 👋 

we have installed these mesh drawers but can’t quite figure out where we’re going wrong, they’re not staying on their tracks! They’re a part of the flexi storage home solution. We just have clothes in the drawers so can’t imagine weight being a factor

Thank you for your question and welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community, it is fantastic to have you with us.

It's a bit difficult to tell what the exact issue is from this photo. Is it possible to get a wider shot and if possible, one showing the opposite side of this roller?

The first thought I've had is that maybe the brackets have not seated correctly in the slots on the wall strips. This would cause some slight misalignment that could allow the roller to come off. 

I'd suggest you start by removing the basket so you can ensure 100% that the brackets are pushed down and locked into position.

If this does not work, could you please upload some extra images, and I'll assist further.
