I was turning over some soil in my yard and accidentally pulled up about 2-3 metres of plastic cable feeder. It’s just the green plastic and nothing came out with it. The power is still on but I wanted to check if this is an issue.

It is likely that during the construction process, it was unintentionally buried. It's nothing to be worried about.
