Lytworx flickering problem

I’ve just purchased a 10m Lytworx RGB ribbon.  

It’s great but when I select white as the led colour and dim it via the remote the leds start flickering.

I went back to Bunnings and got a replacement but the replacement set are doing the same thing.

What’s going on with them?

Thank you for reaching out, and I’m sorry to hear about the flickering issue with your Lytworx RGB ribbon lights. They certainly shouldn’t flicker when set to white and dimmed. Since the replacement set is exhibiting the same problem, it’s likely an issue the manufacturer will need to investigate.

I’ll pass your feedback on to the manufacturer for their review. In the meantime, we’d be more than happy to offer you a refund so you can explore alternative options.
