Hi, we have just put up the mimosa cedar gazebo and wondering what the best product is to treat the timber with?

It's fantastic to have you join us, and many thanks for your question about gazebo maintanence.In the product care and maintenance requirements, it mentions To protect against the elements, it is highly recommended to apply timber oil within the first 4-6 weeks. Simply apply the oil to the gazebo using a rag. Rub the coating into the timber and ensure to remove any excess oil after every application.
A suitable oil would be Cabot's 4L Merbau Natural Decking Oil. Remember to do a test section in an inconspicuous location to determine if you are happy with the results. Please let me know if you have any questions.Mitchell
