How to unstick this magnet?

Hi, Um so i was just wondering how you would take this magnet out. 

I screwed it into the wrong place, and I put the magnet into the steel cup and i am now unable to get it out. 

Please Help 🙂

A warm welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community, it is fantastic to have you with us.

I would suggest using a flat tool like a flathead screwdriver or chisel. Insert the tip into the groove around the outside of the magnet and lever it up and away from the cup.

Make sure you wear some gloves and eye protection in case you slip.
