How to build 10 x 3 low-level deck?

Hi I need to get materials and advise for my 10 x 3 outdoor deck.

any drwing that I can follow,

Decking boards are going Horizontal. Also I don't have much space from the ground to the floor window level. 190 mm

So ideas for the ledge against the wall under the window edges, joist and if I need bears and and strip post.

is out side, closer ti the ocean and sun and rain expose. any suggestions

materials etc

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's sensational to have you join us and thanks for sharing your question about building a low-level deck.

I suggest having a quick look at these guides - How to build a low-level deck by @Adam_W and How to build a deck by @MitchellMc. These guides will give you a very good idea of how to design your decking frame and what to take into consideration when building your deck. Because your deck is quite large, I suggest checking the rules and regulations of your local council in regards to low-level deck size limitations. At certain sizes it might be necessary to apply for a permit and submit a framing plan drawn by an engineer or draftsperson.

Because you are close to the ocean, I suggest using composite decking such as Ekodeck and DEKO 250 x 150 x 150mm Instant Concrete Foundation Block for your footing. For your timber framing, I recommend using H3 treated timber as it is rated for outdoor use and is protected from insect and termite attacks. I propose using stainless steel screws as they fare better in harsh salty environments. I also recommend having a look at this featured project - Low-level composite deck over concrete and soil by @oninpena. It is an excellent example of how to design a single level decking frame.
