How to fix exterior tiling under screen door?

Looking for best solution or product to replace cracked grout looking material under outdoor tiles at back sliding door, would prefer to try keep tiles there and try to replace what is underneath it if any one can’t point me in the right direction of product? Also seems to be a white coloured product originally used.

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's sensational to have you join us, and thanks for sharing your question about your tiling under the screen door.

Whatever was used under the tile has now deteriorated. I propose using a sharp chisel to remove the old product on the tile and the cement surface under the door. It will take you some time, but if you manage to clean the area of the old mortar, it will provide a good base for the new mortar. I suggest using the Easy Mix 20kg White M4 Mortar. Please be aware that the new mortar will stand out as the old set has been stained and has been exposed to the weather. The new mortar will not match the colour of the old one.
