Festoon light not working

Unfortunately, with limited details, the best I can do is offer you a troubleshooting guide to try to help find the problem.
Start by checking the power source. Make sure they’re plugged in properly and that the outlet is working by testing it with another device.
Then, check the bulbs. If they’re replaceable, one faulty bulb can affect the whole set. Look for loose, broken, or blackened bulbs and replace any that seem damaged.
Next, inspect the cable for any visible damage like cuts, frays, or melted sections. Damaged cables can stop power from reaching the lights. If this is the case, then unfortunately, you would need to replace the lights.
We would need to locate the issue for any chance of replacing malfunctioning parts, so run through this list and let me know how you go. I will assist further if possible.
