Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's sensational to have you join us, and thanks for sharing your question about building a bench seat.
I suggest having a quick look at this discussion - How to build a raised garden bed with seating by @nvelaga. I suggest using Merbau timber for your seating, it is one of the most commonly used timber pieces when building seats for outdoor use. As for the framing you can use 70x35 H3 treated timber.
