Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community, it is fantastic to have you with us.I can't say I am aware of that particular product, but I suspect it is some kind of outdoor cleaning product similar to 30 Seconds 2L Outdoor Cleaner Concentrate.If so, then I would suggest spraying it on, following the instructions on the packaging for coverage rates and following any advised waiting period, then scrubbing the tiles with a Deck Scrub Brush, before flushing it with clean water. If your cleaning person also has a pressure cleaner, then they could flush the tiles with this after scrubbing.
This process can be repeated as many times as necessary to achieve the result you are after.
