I was interested in your project in the September magazine. Three or four years ago I did exactly the same project. As you can see in the photo, I used a grey planter bowl and a solar powered pump as was illustrated. I inserted a peace of light mess across the top then covered that with shade cloth to keep out leaves etc. I then covered it with black stones. I recommend this project to your readers.
