How to fix loose Mondella Rococo toilet seat?

I had purchased Mondella Rococo Rimless Back To Wall Toilet Suite WELS 4 Star 4.6L/Full more than a year back from Bunnings that was installed through Tradesman provided by Bunnings.

How to fix Loose Seat Cover that has come out by 20mm from the body of the rimless toilet. Please advise what spares do I need to buy to fix it. Thanks for your HELP in advance

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community, it is fantastic to have you with us.

Before we go down the route of purchasing replacement parts, lets see if we can tighten what is already there.

This style of toilet seat is attached to posts which come up from the chrome cover plates you can see underneath the toilet seat. If you press the two buttons on the inside of the toilet seat simultaneously, then lift them, you will be able to remove the seat.

Once this is off, the chrome cover plates should lift up to reveal a screw that can be tightened.

Once this screw is tightened, you can fit the chrome cover plate back in place, then slip the toilet seat back over the posts and press down until you hear a click.

Give this a try and report back. If you lift the cover plates and find no screw, please take a photo of what you find and let me know so I can assist further.
