Judging by the look of your merbau decking, I'm relatively confident it came pre-oiled. Raw merbau doesn't have the depth of colour and shine you can see on your deck, particularly in the second image. In saying this, a maintenance coat of decking oil certainly can't hurt.
You will want to start by giving it a good clean. Check out How To Clean a Deck for some guidance.
You can then have a look at How To Oil Your Deck for some guidance on applying a coat of oil. Any decking oil will work, but this Cabots Aquadeck Natural Exterior Decking Oil is certainly a good option.
