How to order replacement Ryobi bump feed trimmer head?

Hi, I bought a Ryobi 36V Whipper Snipper from Bunnings (Model: RLT36X4BL / RLT36BL) but now the line is not coming out when I bump it.

I found this is available at Bunnings but the model numbers don't match. Do you have the replacement Bump Feed Trimmer Head for Model: RLT36X4BL / RLT36BL.

The Ryobi manual does specify the RAC1214 is the compatible head for your line trimmer and the video guide - How to Install a RYOBI REEL-EASY SPEED WINDER Bump Feed Trimmer Head also shows that the Ryobi bump head fits onto the 36V model. I suspect that the model number was possibly accidentally left off the list and could possibly be a typo error. Should the head fail to fit properly, I suggest bringing your line trimmer and the bump head fitting to the store where you purchased it from and speaking to a power gardening team member.
