Garden from scratch with raised bed

Started my garden from a very bare backyard. Placed a raised garden bed down the back corner, halved the yard and added pebbles and sleepers for the path.

Over time l have placed 'treasures' and plants on my large tree. My backyard is my 'haven!'

Materials

Bought soil and pebbles and sleepers and plants from Bunnings. Collected 'treasures' from op shops and markets....

Tools

Wheelbarrow, Mattock, shovels etc etc....you name it....l used it!!!!

Did most of the work myself over the years, with some help from my son and a few family members!

It looks very peaceful, and the paved walkway is an excellent stop gap for your lawn. the pebbles provide the organic feel, and your treasures are evenly spread out. A beautiful well-balanced backyard.
