How to fix detached decorative tiles?

I need some advice about whether it’s possible for me to fix this problem. 

These lovely terracotta tiles have fallen off due to water from a small herb garden on the other side of the wall. I have used a tray under pots instead so this problem is solved for now. 

The reinforcement in the concrete seems to be exposed in the left corner. Some of the concrete has also broken off. 

Grateful for any advice about solutions

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's sensational to have you join us, and thanks for sharing your question about your decorative tiles.

I propose a two-step repair approach to your project. I suggest patching the broken concrete areas with Dingo 10kg Structural Mortar Repair Bag. My best advice is to mix it thick so that the mortar will not slump or sag when you patch the damaged sections. Give the mortar enough time to cure so that it will harden to full strength and no residual moisture will be coming off the surface. Once the mortar surface is ready, the second step will be to use Selleys 350g Heavy Duty Liquid Nails to attach the decorative tiles to the concrete surface. 

The general steps are to apply the liquid nails to the back of the tile in straight lines with equal gaps between them. Push the tile onto the concrete surface and level it as best as possible. Use masking tape to hold the tile in position, this will also prevent it from sliding out of position. Make sure that the tape is properly anchored and leave the adhesive to cure. Once the adhesive has cured the following day, you can remove the masking tape and wipe down the tiles.
