Just setting up an outdoor shower area and thought I would post progress pictures for those who are interested.
1. Drain installled and 100mm of road base layed and compacted
2. "Dry fit" layout
3. Laying paving
Thanks for sharing @Mark. I'm looking forward to seeing how the project progresses. Is the shower part of a pool area or are you close to the beach?
Let me also extend a very warm welcome to Workshop. It's fantastic to have you as part of the community. I hope you find plenty of useful tips and information here. I'm also looking forward to reading about more of your projects and plans.

Yes tapware has been purchased, although am still to source a shower head.

P.S. I see you are asking about appropriate tapware for outdoors, I have just gone for a quality set for a bathroom. Like yourself I am not near the ocean, so I figure something that is already designed for a wet environment will be suitable.
