door is 4780mm wide,what thickness plywood should i use?

Could we please have some more information about what your project entails? Are you intending on covering over the existing door or are you removing it and re-skinning the frame of the door? Is the door damaged at the moment or are you wanting to add plywood so you can't see the panelling?
