Please identify small firrings to carry light electrical cord and fix to surface

It sounds like you are looking for electrical cord clips. There are quite a few choices in style and size. Would it be possible for you to post a photo along with the measurement of the cable you are trying to fix onto your wall? This will give us a better idea of what you are using and will let us offer you a comprehensive recommendation.
