Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's wonderful to have you join us, and thanks for sharing your question about what tool to use to detect water pipes and electric wires in a brick house.

The closest tool I can recommend is the Bosch Professional 120mm Cordless Detector IP54 w/marking hole. There is also the Bosch Professional Wall Scanner D-tect 200 C (Detection of (Non-) Live Cables, Metal, Plastic Pipes, Wooden Studs and Cavities, USB-C (special order). But there is a significant dollar value attached to that tool.

As an alternative, I propose engaging the services of wall scanning service or a leak detection specialist that has a thermal camera. They can pinpoint the location of your electrical and water services.
