Wondering if we can post garden pictures as well. I’ll add some more under this heading if allowed. Although I purchased punnets and punnets if stocks just yesterday, normally purchase fox gloves and cinerarias.
This morning planted up two hanging baskets joined together with pansies purchased in a nursery tray at Bunnings. Called a “Go Grow Bulk Tray”. I used the same bag the potting mix as a liner.
Next picture, Noticed Daff bulbs, 30 per packet. Look great in A wheelbarrow made from pallet wood, painted with fence paint. Wally’s Walpamur paint.
We're always happy to see some great garden inspiration and projects @Jamespeter100.
I'm loving your hanging baskets! This might be a silly question, but how do you water them? I suspect there must be a hole somewhere for that.
Many thanks for sharing.
Watering a sphere. Drainage holes at the bottom, four extra holes at the top. The extra holes are in the plastic, and allow a soft drink container to sit in the grove. This slows a slower flow rate, to soak the media. Another method is a ring of irrigation tube, with holes.
To show the media can be soaked over this depth, consider pvc pipes that have been planted up.
end of October to the end of March/ start of April. Hence counting Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb and March. That makes it five months.
