My RYOBI RSH2445T shredder needs a replacement part. The specific part number is 099710001053.
Where can I obtain this?

Spare parts for Ryobi machines can be ordered through the Special Orders desk at your closest Bunnings store. Just take the part and model number with you and speak to the team there. They’ll take your details and have our Spare Parts team reach out to confirm whether the part is available and place the order for you.
If your shredder is still under warranty, it’s also worth taking it back to the store where you purchased it, along with your receipt. They can check whether the damage is covered under warranty, and the store may be able to swap the unit for you if it is.
