Just to clarify, are you referring to the timber beams holding up the polycarbonate roofing? If so, either of the two paint options you’re considering would be perfect for the job. Both are premium products and will give a durable, long-lasting finish for outdoor timber.

Any preparation tips I should know about or is a pressure wash and let it dry all that need to be done before hand?

A good pressure wash and thorough clean will be sufficient @Nakita97. The beams look a little rough in some areas, so a quick sanding with 180 grit sandpaper to smooth any splinters or rough patches will help ensure a nice finish. After that, you can paint directly over them.
