Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's sensational to have you join us, and thanks for sharing your question about installing grab bars in the shower.
If you can find the timber studs in the wall near the area where you want to install the hand holds that would be ideal. If you are drilling into tiles, I suggest using QEP 8mm Diamond Tile Drill Bit.
However, if you are installing it through the tile and plasterboard only, I suggest using Ramset 8 x 50mm Universal Anchor - 20 Pack. Please keep in mind not to install the grab rail too close to the tile edge as there is the possibility of it cracking the tile.
Please make sure to wear personal protection such as gloves, goggles and a mask when working on your project.
