The project

I’m a D.I.Y. beginner and my first major project is this chicken coop. This project has been 12 months in the making with extensions along the way.

I started with the main structure and added a run (although they free range throughout the day). The tree protecting it had to be removed due to borers so I added a verandah for shelter.

The run wire was dug underneath the soil to prevent predators being able to enter.

Thank you for the feature!  I'm not looking at Chicken Coop MkII when it gets a little cooler as I need to reconfigure my backyard.  Will post updates when this occurs.
