Hello @louv

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's marvellous to have you join us, and thanks for sharing your question about your porcelain pavers.

It is possible to use an adhesive such as Selleys 415g Liquid Nails Landscape Stone Concrete Adhesive. However, I suggest using Davco 20kg Grey Ceramacrete Tile Adhesive as you will be able to spread it in a uniform manner using a QEP 12mm Square Notch Handyman Adhesive Trowel

Having a uniform spread of adhesive means that the tile will not tilt when stepped on. Whereas using a bottle of adhesive will produce an uneven application that might cause high and low points in the installation of your pavers.

In regards to the grout, the main issue there is that the gaps will be filled with dust and debris. This will give it an uneven finish as the dust and dirt will be of different varieties. But it is technically possible to leave the grout out.

If you have any other questions we can help with, please let us know.
