How to prevent ground Water seepage through mortar of brick wall?

Three sides of my brick house are underground and water is seeping through the mortar at base of the foundation under the house causing brick piers under the house to crack. I have dug a trench beside the house on the outside of house that i can easily dig down to the foundation.  There has been a huge amount of rain over summer and I am at the bottom of the hill.  After excavating I believe ground water is seeping under the house through cracks in the mortar causing the whole area under the house to be wet and water pooled around three sides under the house.  The access is only about a 1m height but accessible.

What product should I use to stop the water seeping through the foundation at base and then what product should I use to seal the brick wall on the outside and possibly inside also..  What can I use to seal on the inside walls where the water is seeping through where I can't dig down to the foundation.  Appreciate your advice.

Thank you for your question and welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community, it is great to have you with us.

Unfortunately, I don't feel the problems you are having are something where a D.I.Y fix is possible. The water ingress is certainly an issue, but my main concern is the brick pier. The cracking indicates significant movement of an important structural element of your house and will likely require replacement.

I would suggest you contact a licenced builder to assess this repair as there are major drainage issues as well as structural issues with the brick pier likely stemming from those drainage issues. 

It is likely that you will require multiple trades including a plumbing and drainage specialist, a licenced water proofer and a foundation or underpinning specialist.

You might like to use a service such as Hipages or True Local to find a builder in your area to assist.
