What is the best gap filler to use for external window frames?

What would be the best products to use to fill the gaps in the attached photos? Obviously outdoor products required.

I propose having a look at Selleys 430g White No More Gaps Exterior Gap Filler. It is rated for exterior use and can be painted over. Plus, it has excellent customer reviews.

It's also a weather resistant exterior filler and contains fungicide and algaecide for superior UV, mould, sun and rain resistance. It can be used on gaps up to a width of 10mm and a depth of 5mm.

Thanks @EricL , I wasn't sure if that gap filler would fill those bigger gaps but it worked perfectly.

Could I also ask what would be an appropriate product to fill the gaps shown in these pictures?

Those appear to be very significant gaps and I'm not sure that filling them with filler is the best way to go about it. Is this at the end of a roofing structure? Would it be possible for you to take a photo of this area but further away? I would like to see how it's installed to the brick wall.

Some of the ideas that come to mind would be to use self-expanding foam or use large aluminium angles to cover the gaps. But once we see the entire structure, we'll have a better idea of how it's put together. We can then offer recommendations on how to cover the gap.

Looking at that gap I was wondering how the roofing is channeled at that join/gap? Do you know what the roof looks like at that point? 

I am thinking about where the water goes for that small section when it rains?

That looks to be a job for expanding foam @Alan__, as the gaps are too large for filler alone. Fill the gaps and then trim the foam back to just below the brick's surface. You can then fill over it with the gap filler product.

Thanks for the photos At least it looks like the gap is covered so water doesn't travel down the middle I was a little worried about it. The high middle will push the water to the center either side

And yeah Id be thinking of the expanding foam as well.
