Hi Team,
any suggestions to fix this?
Hi @stuartheth,
It looks like your concrete slab has dropped or moved, as indicated by the gap between it and the lower coarse of bricks and the cracking of the steps. What was it in particular that you wanted to address here? If you want to fill the cracks and gaps, I recommend Concremate expanding cement. Provided your concrete slab has stopped moving, this repair would be reasonable. If the slab is still moving, then you should expect further cracking to appear.
Suppose you are looking to re-tile the area. In that case, a more permanent solution should be sought, which would likely involve having professionals jack the slab up and back into position and sure it up to prevent further movement. This would likely be a fairly costly process.
I'll be looking forward to hearing more about your project and providing further assistance.
Mitchell
