Hi
i have small window in an aluminium frame that is broken.
Just wondering if it’s the sort of job I could do myself or if I’m best to leave it to an expert?
Hello @Scootergirl
I suggest engaging the services of a trades person to repair and replace the broken glass. They will have the tools and parts necessary to repair your window in a short amount of time.
I can understand that it is very tempting to do a D.I.Y. glass window repair. It takes training and discipline to handle glass properly. A small amount of misdirected force can easily break and shatter panes of glass which could result in serious injury. It's therefore best to leave this type of repair to the experts.
