Hi there, it's a lockup storage area under the building.. The ceiling and walls are aged concrete. Wondering if it is paitable and what I can use, please ?

What sort of condition are these walls and ceiling in? Could you post a few pictures for us? If there are no damp issues with the walls, then you can paint straight over them with standard interior paint and the ceiling with ceiling paint. Bare concrete will be pretty thirsty and suck in a substantial amount of your paint. You might wish to seal the surface to prevent this.
