What's the best coloured paint to use on a dog bed made of wooden pallets?

It's sensational to have you join us, and many thanks for your question about painting timber.If the dog bed is going to be outside in the weather, I would suggest Dulux Weathershield. It can be tinted to whatever colour you wish and will hold up exceptionally well outside.
If the bed will be kept inside, you can use Dulux Aquanamel. It's a great hard-wearing paint for interior use.
