Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's fabulous to have you join us and thank you for sharing your question about removing the pet door flap on the Hakuna pet door assembly.

I've posted a picture below indicating the two screws you'll need to remove in order to remove the flexible flap of the door. You'll need to use a Philips head screwdriver to loosen the screws. Once the screws are off you'll be able to remove the flap. Are you planning on replacing the flap or leaving the pet opening permanently open?
