How to fix kitchen cabinet hinges that dislodge?

Hi I have mostly all hinges the soft closing type all need replacing some partly rusted , some after tightening same dislodges again , can someone please recommend a good handy man or cabinet specialist to renew the hinges , I tried so many handyman all bust 6weeks, 4 weeks, send photos , did all that , is there someone who can help will pay top rates no matter what to get the job done thank you.
