What mist coat for new plastering work before applying top paint cots?

I removed wall papers and cleaned the interior walls. Already yellow colour primer on it, Gib stopper has done the skimming and plastering of the walls. Now the walls are ready to paint and I want to apply a sealer(mist coat) on it. I want to know which sealer(mist coat) should I apply before painting my walls. 

I would be thankful if you could kindly give advice for my work,

Dulux Precision Sealer Binder is the correct product to use. Depending on stock availability in your area, you might need to place a Special Order for this product.
