Great @Briggsy. Looking forward to seeing what you do with it. Have you already got the plans for what you are going to do?
Plans are well advanced Jason, may have to fine tune on the fly depending on what we find, already had the sub floor checked and packed/replaced as needed and the old sewer was clay pipe, that has been replaced with pvc so when we do the gardens we won't have to go back and fix it.Room by room is the plan so as not to disrupt life too much.
