Can I hotspot my phone to stream on the 21.5 inch Mitsumaru tv for my caravan?

The TV is an Android TV, so if you are asking if you can use your phone's hotspot feature to allow the Mitsumaru TV to access the internet streaming services, then it should be able to do that, just remember to set the TV's wifi to find your phone's hotspot.
Obviously you will use your mobile phones data allowance, and you will need to have a decent signal on your phone.
