How to re-attach blade in Ozito twin battery lawn mower?

Hi I recently bought a ozito twin battery mower

I have used it several times and it perfect for me and lightweight

As I was mowing, I stopped to empty the catcher and the blade fell off.

I have tried to put it back on, but it keep flying off ( so dangerous)

I've got the blade, the bolt and a little spri ng washer,

Is there another part that is missing and does it just screw in .

That does sound very dangerous so we would you advise you to stop using the mower and return it to your local store.
