How to sharpen hedge shear blades?

Hello WB,

I have been using Hedge Scissor ( https://www.bunnings.com.au/saxon-wavy-hedge-shear-550mm_p0238959 ) for trimming excess from the grass. ( grass shown in below image).

Nowadays it is not trimming well. For sharpening the blade, are there tools available at Bunnings.
