How to clean or replace shower screen door handle?

Hello BW,

Is there a way to clean the stain ion a Stegbar door handle (Shower screen). Tried using vinegar and dishwashing soap with stainless steel scrub. Does not help. Grout brush does not help either.

If it does not go away, are there any alternative door handles for below model at bunnings?

Hi @nagumuthu,

You could try soaking the handle in a solution of hydrogen peroxide. It's quite good at removing yellowed stains. Remember your gloves and safety glasses when using this product.

Given the handle is made to suit the holes in your shower screen you might not be able to replace it with another off-the-shelf handle. It would be best to take your handle to your local Bunnings store and a helpful team member can assist with matching it up. Alternatively, you might like to try spray painting it. Remember to wear a face mask when using spray paints.
