Steps
Step 1

Measure the location and transfer dimensions to timber.
Step 2

Cut timber lengths
2 X long
4 - 6 short
Step 3

Connect frame pieces using at least 2 timber screws at each connection point and distributing the short lengths evenly.
Step 4

Test the frame to see if it fits correctly
Step 5

Mark out locations for the steel angles on the timber and on the wall.
Step 6

Using a stanley knife, score and snap pieces of the FC panels to cover the frame allowing for a 30mm overlap.
Step 7

Nail the panels from the bottom up ensuring the nail are about 15mm from the top. The 30mm overlap will cover the nails.
Step 8

Connect the brackets to the wall and timber frame. I also connected mine to the fascia board for more stability.

Step 9
Install a side angle strip to cover the FC sheet edges and paint away!
