We have a Gerni and Karcher Pressure Hose and both have stopped working.

There is no fuse or reset button that I am aware of. If these units are under warranty and you purchased them from us, then we are happy to have them looked at for you. Please take them to your nearest store with your proof of purchase, and we'll put them in for warranty repair.
