How do I replace this type of shed door hinge where one side of the original hinge is welded to the door frame? I’ve attached photos of the broken bottom hinge, the top hinge (not broken), and the outside of shed doors. Any tips welcome? Thanks
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community @JeT2. It's great to have you join us, and many thanks for your question about replacing a hinge on a shed door.
Unless you have a welder, I suspect the easiest option would be to try using a standard hinge and fix it with self-drilling metal screws. I'd imagine that it should be relatively straightforward to install into the metal frame of the door and the door frame.
