My original alfresco comprised of red brick, merbu decking and old wooden seating. Over the years, the merbu fades and is in constant need of maintenance. The area seemed dull and lacked ’life’.
I chose to tone down the colour and make it more inviting, interesting and a place I’d love to use all year round.
I decided to cover the walls, paint the decking and replace the furniture and lighting, adding in some plants, a tv and a cafe blind to keep the dust, cold/hot air out.
